 The
boat is built in Nidacore sandwich, with a bottom in plywood - 20 mm
of thickness- in order to avoid a keel and let the boat explore the
shallow waters, safely, and occasionally be beached.
The
wingbridge is extremely reinforced and the transportation on a
trailer is possible.
The
target of the RB 38 is to fill an evident lack of vessels in this
sector of size and costs. Our 38 ' is
perfect for a family and for run a charter business, without the
expenses and the difficulty related the use of a larger cat, 42 - 45
'.
A huge
fly bridge with a fix fibreglass canopy ( a characteristic of our
boats, as we noticed that sunbrella canopy or similar cloth, don't
last very long in our weather ), large areas studied to enjoy the
weather and the sun, and of course, an interior that can be easily
adapted to anyone needs.
Apart
the structural bulkheads ( in red in the drawing ) that can't be
removed or changed, all the interior can be modified and
re-designed.
The
space aboard is enough for 4 to 5 double cabins and 2 heads (only 1
head if 5 cabins layout is choose).
A
family layout could foresee 2 heads and 2 cabins, a studio and a
working area, with washing machine or a compressor for diving tanks,
or an holder for fishing rods or similar.
As for
all RB boats, we underline that our price is for a ready to go
vessel, completed with:
-
teak/holly floors
-
galley with stove ( Plastimo ) and fridge 12 V Waeco
-
leather interior / leather sofa'
-
mattresses and upholstery to choose on a catalogue
-

-

RB 38
is studied for a power plant of 2 x 50 hp sail drive Yanmar motors
till 2 x 100 hp.
A good
compromise is the Yanmar 75 hp sail drive. An excellent motor of the
last generation, long lasting and with minimum vibrations and noise.
With
this motor the range of the vessel exceed the 2,000 Nm. The crusing
speed recommended is around 9.5 - 10 Knots.
